Where It All Began

Petals & Pines was born from a simple love story—not between people, but between nature and creativity. Founded in 2018 by Vancouver native Emma Robertson, our shop emerged from a desire to bring the breathtaking beauty of British Columbia's landscapes into people's homes and celebrations.

Emma grew up exploring the forests and gardens of Vancouver, developing a deep appreciation for the diverse flora that thrives in our unique coastal climate. After studying botanical design and working with renowned florists across Canada and Europe, she returned home with a vision: to create a flower shop that truly reflected Vancouver's spirit—natural, vibrant, and effortlessly elegant.

Our Philosophy

We're committed to sustainable practices, working with local growers whenever possible and selecting international suppliers who share our values. Our arrangements honor both the delicate beauty of each petal and the strength of the pines that tower over our beautiful city.

Our Team

Today, Petals & Pines is home to a talented team of five dedicated florists, each bringing their own unique style and expertise. From classic European designs to modern minimalist arrangements, our diverse perspectives ensure that every customer finds exactly what they're looking for.

We've had the privilege of being part of countless Vancouver moments—from intimate proposals at English Bay to grand weddings at the Fairmont, from corporate events in the heart of downtown to quiet celebrations in family homes across the Lower Mainland.
